Information we collect
NOWOLEX is an online storefront. We collect very little: only what we need to answer you and keep the site running.
From you, directly
- Contact details: name, email, and message content, only when you email us or use a contact link.
- Supplier or dealer enquiries: company or brand name and product details, only when you reach out about working together.
Automatically, from your device
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, standard server information.
- Basic analytics: pages visited and referring site, to understand how the store is used.
We don't have user accounts, we don't ask you to register, and we don't store a shopping cart between visits. Purchases happen on Amazon (see below).

NOWOLEX is a catalog. We don't process payments and we don't take orders on this website. When you choose to buy, you're sent to the product's listing on Amazon.
Any information you provide to complete a purchase (payment details, shipping address, order history) is collected and handled by Amazon under Amazon's own privacy policy, not ours. We never see or store it.
How we use it
We use the little we collect for these purposes:
- To respond to you: reply to questions, supplier and dealer enquiries.
- To improve the site: understand how it's used and fix what doesn't work.
- To comply with law: accounting, fraud prevention, and lawful requests.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your information for third-party advertising. We do not share your details with competitors.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies only for essential functionality (so the site works) and basic analytics (to understand how it's used).
We don't use advertising cookies, third-party marketing trackers, or behaviour-based remarketing pixels.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not behave perfectly.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as we need it:
- Enquiries: a limited period from your last contact, then deleted.
- Website analytics: aggregated and anonymized after a limited period.
If you want your data deleted earlier, contact us. We'll do it within a reasonable time, except where law requires us to retain it.
Your rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have rights under privacy laws (PIPEDA in Canada, GDPR in the EU, CCPA/CPRA in California, and similar laws elsewhere), including access, correction, deletion, portability, and withdrawing consent.

Our store is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 18. If we learn we've done so accidentally, we delete it promptly.
